- Technician Grade I Signal – Refer to post-wise qualification in Annexure A.
- Technician Grade III – ITI/CCAA or other prescribed technical qualification depending on the post.
- Candidates awaiting final results are not eligible.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering will not replace ITI/CCAA unless specifically mentioned.
